Mytrunnion-5 with Optional 2-Station Automatic Pallet Changer

New! Mytrunnion-5 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center is now available with an optional 2-station automatic pallet changer. Factory installed, the pallet changer option allows the operator to approach from the front end of the machine in order to set-up or unload one pallet while the other is being machined. This newly developed option offers the flexibility of increased spindle utilization coupled with the potential to connect with Flexible Manufacturing Cells in the future for 5-axis unmanned machining potential.

A more compact version of our best selling "Mytrunnion-5", the Mytrunnion-1 offers the versatility of 5-axis simultaneous machining for ultra high precision, complex parts. This next generation machining center combines machining, grinding and turning processes in a single set-up with the benefit of super fine finish capabilities. For increased productivity, Kitamura offers an optional 20 AWC (Automatic Work Change Device) for running long hours of unmanned operation in the machining of both highly mixed or high volume production parts.
